BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

We offer walk-in appointments for all our hair and beauty services, although you are advised to book in advance to ensure availability of your chosen time and stylist.

You may reserve your appointment in store or by phoning 01256 471447. For beauty treatments, a credit card number may be required to secure your booking.

Please let us know if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. The full treatment cost will be charged for all beauty appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

All quoted timings are approximate. Please allow an additional 15 minutes for your consultation and homecare advice.
